Plastisol Inks

A comprehensive range of Phthalate Free Plastisol inks, a range of various speciality white inks, special effects and 4 Colour Process inks designed to differentiate prints and enhance print dimension ready-for-use and a Pantone Matching System, and additives are all available.

WHITES and BASES

  • Cotton White

Phthalate Free plastisol based printing base used to achieve an elastic, soft touching and white covering effect in textile printing. Does not dry on the screen. If cured correctly as advised, the dry-wet rubbing and washing fastness are high. Rubbing and washing tests should be applied 24 hours after curing.

  • Poly White

Phthalate Free and used to achieve the elastic, soft-hand feel and high coverage plastisol white for 100% Polyester fabrics.

  • Low Bleed White

Phthalate Free is used to achieve an elastic, soft touching and opaque white covering effect in textile printing with a perfect balance of white colour, creaminess, and opacity for the best press performance. It can be printed on cotton and cotton-polyester blend (up to 50%-50%) fabrics. If cured correctly as advised, the dry-wet rubbing and washing fastness are high.

  • Transparent Base

Used to improve elasticity in plastisol inks.

  • Antimigration Base

Elastic and excellent dye barrier on dark coloured polyester or polyester blend fabrics.

Glitter Base and Glitters

We stock Glitter Base and various colours of Glitter.

 

Foil

  • Foils

Are available in various colours and we cut the rolls to required widths.

  • Foil Adhesive

Foil Adhesive is a water-based screen printing adhesive used to achieve a bright, elastic and soft touching foil effect in textile printing.

METALLICS

Metallic Silver & Metallic Gold are plastisol based products that produce a “chrome” metallic look when printed.

Puff

  • Puff Additive

Use at up to 10-15% by weight to make a puff ink from any plastisol colour. Mix thoroughly.
